Franklin Pubic Schools is seeking a Long Term Substitute for an Occupational Therapist role. This assignment is estimated to last from Mid January to Mid April.
In this role, you'll empower students to overcome challenges, build essential life and academic skills, and thrive in their school environment. You will step into a supportive, collaborative community that values innovation, compassion and student success.
What you can expect in this role:
- Evaluate student needs and deliver engaging, goal-oriented OT interventions.
- Work closely with teachers, parents and interdisciplinary support teams to implement integreated strategies and IEP goals.
- Utilize adaptive equipment, sensory strategies and creative activities to support diverse learning styles.
- Maintain clear documentation and process tracking to ensure continious student growth.
