Program Structure: Train, Shadow, Teach! (During College Breaks)
This program is designed to set you up for success.

PAID TRAINING: Participate in two (2) AM half-day instructional training sessions.

CLASSROOM SHADOWING: Observe and collaborate with an experienced teacher for two (2) PM half-days.

START SUBSTITUTING: Upon completion, you are eligible to begin substituting district-wide when not attending classes or student teaching.
Compensation

$151/day for up to 40 days (uncertified)

After certification, $162/day for the first 50 days, $171/day for 51 + days
Anticipated Start Date: Mid-December

Are You Eligible?
We are seeking Undergraduate or Graduate students currently enrolled in an education program with student teaching or substitute experience.
