Bark River-Harris Junior High Sideline Cheer Coach

Bark River-Harris Schools is in need of one JH sideline cheer coach.

Pay: Schedule B
Schedule: Mid-August to Mid - November. Evening hours are required.

Qualifications:

Experience as a cheerleader.

Experience in coaching a team preferred.

Responsibilities:

Be responsible for all cheerleading appearances and activities for Junior High Sideline Cheer.

Must attend all Junior High football and JV Football games.

Actively support the academic integrity of BRH, keeping academics at the highest priority for the students.

Provide appropriate and necessary guidance, advising, and counseling for the squad members.

Be knowledgeable of and steadfastly use current accepted safety practices and procedures for all cheer activities and maintain a safe and healthy environment for the students.

Supervise and instruct cheerleaders on skills development and performance routines for all games and events.

Meet with parents and students prior to season to lay out expectations of the program.

Collaborate with and work with all Competitive and Sideline Cheer coach to prepare students for Varsity Sideline Cheer.
