Drama Director

East Windsor Public Schools is seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and student-centered individuals to support our After School Activities Program [Drama Director] . At East Windsor Public Schools, our dynamic leadership team is invested in helping every child find their pathway to success. We are looking for individuals who share our commitment to creating meaningful experiences for students beyond the school day.

After School Activities Program Staff plan, supervise, and facilitate a variety of enrichment, recreational, academic, and social activities for students in a structured after-school setting. Staff members foster positive relationships while ensuring student safety and promoting an inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:

Supervise students in accordance with district policies and procedures.

Lead or assist with engaging activities

Create a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all students.

Maintain appropriate student behavior through positive classroom management techniques.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times.

Communicate effectively with program coordinators, school staff, and families as needed.

Assist with student attendance, dismissal, and daily program operations.

Perform other duties related to the successful operation of the after-school program.

Work Schedule:

School days during the academic year.

Afternoon hours following student dismissal.

Flexible schedules may be available based on program needs.

Compensation:

Based on the extra-stipend schedule of the current Teachers Contract

PAid bi-annually in Decemebr and June
