Night Custodial Supervisor

Job Details: Job Location: Webster Groves School District - Webster Groves, MO 63119, Position Type: Full Time, Position Objective:

Responsible for supervising custodial workforce in assigned building and providing all students, and the community at large, with a safe, secure, clean, attractive, comfortable and efficient environment in which to learn and develop.

Major Areas of Accountability

Supervise daily work of custodians
Inspect all assigned areas daily to ensure work is being carried out properly and orderly
Lead other custodians in the performance of their jobs
Evaluate performance of custodial personnel
Perform duties without daily direct supervision
Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment
Skills in the use of equipment used in routine cleaning
Ability to understand and follow oral and written directions
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High School Diploma preferred with:

Three (3) years of custodial supervisory experienced preferred
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Minimum of two years prior experience as a custodian

Work Calendar:12 months

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Base Rate: $23.86

Schedule: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
