- A graduate from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma.
- An associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience in administrative, executive, or confidential office support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, time-management, and technology skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgement, work and learn independently, and manage multiple priorities.
- This position is classified as exempt under New York State Civil Service.
