- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of visits, screenings, and family progress.
- Plan and facilitate group connections or family events to build community and promote parent engagement.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and reflective supervision.
- Family Visit - $70.00 per visit
- Screening - $45.00 per screening

Raymore-Peculiar School District is seeking a passionate and dedicated Parent Educator to join our Parents as Teachers team. This position plays a vital role in supporting families and promoting optimal early development for children from pregnancy through kindergarten by partnering with parents and caregivers through home visits and family engagement. The qualified candidate should have a minimum of 60 college hours in early childhood development with a minimum of two years experience working directly with young children under the age of five. Certification in early childhood education, elementary education, or five years of experience in a pre-school setting is preferred. Continuing education is required to maintain program requirements. Candidates must be willing to complete a minimum of 20 personal visits per month with flexibility in the summer months.
