What You Need:

Experience working with students preferred

Must demonstrate the ability to establish an effective rapport with children

Must be able to work effectively with children and adults

Must have strong knowledge of childhood development

Must be able to work with a team in a positive manner

Must role model good behavior

Must be flexible

Ability to collaborate with building staff and parents

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Works collaboratively staff and students

Maintain routines in the cafeteria, classroom, and/or outside

Supervision of students in different settings

Focus on safety and structure

Must focus on positive behaviors

Effective communication skills
