TITLE: Maintenance Worker (Civil Service Job #1418)
JOB DESCRIPTION: Assists in making electrical, plumbing and heating repairs
Assists in making carpentry and masonry repairs
Assists in painting and roofing work
Performs a variety of semi-skilled and unskilled work
TERMS OF 40 hours per week
EMPLOYMENT: 52 weeks per year
REPORTS TO: Director of Facilities
