Salary: $44,000 per GTA Contract

Position Summary/Responsibilities:
The Physical Education Teacher provides engaging, inclusive instruction that builds students' movement skills, confidence, cooperation, and lifelong interest in physical activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and teach lessons aligned with New York State standards and district curriculum.
Adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs, including IEP and 504 supports.
Maintain a safe, welcoming environment and teach responsible participation.
Assess student progress and provide meaningful feedback.
Collaborate with staff and families and participate in professional learning.
Manage equipment and fulfill assigned professional responsibilities.
The dates of this long term substitute position are 11/12/26- 12/23/26.
