Short-Term Leave Replacement Special Education Teacher

The Ocean City School District is accepting applications for the following position:

Short-Term Leave Replacement Special Education Teacher

Location: Intermediate School

Effective Dates: January 4, 2027 through March 21, 2027

Minimum Qualifications:

Valid New Jersey Teacher of Students with Disabilities along with the appropriate co-certification (Elementary School Teacher/Elementary School Teacher K-6) or Teacher of the Handicapped required

Experience working in a self-contained classroom with students with multiple needs

Experience monitoring data driven IEP goals and objectives

Ability to maintain a positive learning environment

Criminal History background approval, HIB training and proof of New Jersey residency required by all successful applicants.
