Position Detail

For the 2026-2027 season

Pay rate: Per Schedule C

Qualifications

Dedication to promoting sportsmanship, managing team logistics, and supervising student-athletes during practices, games, and travel.

Ability to effectively teach, motivate, and mentor early adolescents (ages 12–14).

Willingness to organize, schedule, and run structured, age-appropriate practices.

Strong verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with the Athletic Director, student-athletes, parents, and other coaches.

Current CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to the first contest).

Pass a State of Michigan background check/fingerprint clearance.
