Maintenance Foreman- HVAC/Refrigeration

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Certified and/or licensed in a particular trade or a minimum of seven years of experience in a particular trade

Valid driver's license and be insurable for vehicle operation

JOB GOAL:

Provides assistance in implementation of effective maintenance operation

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Completes work orders

Supervises assigned personnel

Assists with emergency maintenance needs

Maintains equipment in inventory

Completes written reports

Lifting, climbing, digging, driving, operating power tools

Performs other related duties as assigned

Duty Days: 240

Salary Range: According to Madison County Schools Salary Schedule. Actual salary will be determined by rank and experience. Current employees with questions regarding step placement on the salary schedule should contact the Personnel Department.
