- Assisting with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks as qualified.
- Conducting routine inspections and addressing maintenance needs.
- Maintaining school buildings, equipment, and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
- Setting up and moving furniture and equipment as needed.
- Responding to maintenance requests and assisting with other duties as assigned.
- Previous maintenance or related experience preferred.
- Knowledge of general building maintenance, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials, as required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and district policies.
- Required criminal history background clearance and other applicable employment requirements.
