Letter of Interest Resume Three Current Letters of Recommendation Copy of High School Diploma Copy of AA Degree or Transcripts showing proof of 48 units or NCLB/ESSA certificate Copy of current TB Test, First Aid / CPR Certificate, and pre-employment physical only required upon employment.
