- One year accounting and general secretarial experience (at a campus/department level preferred)
- Must posses clerical and computer skills
- Ability to use calculator (10-key by touch)
- Proficient skills in keyboarding and file maintenance
- Ability to work with numbers in an accurate and rapid manner to meet established deadlines
- Ability to use personal computer and software to develop or maintain spreadsheets and other documents
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively (orally and written)
