MATH TEACHER

Full-Time (1.0) - Second Semester

The successful candidate will:

Promote 21 st century educational excellence through the vigorous support of the mission and goals of The Woodstock Academy; and

Facilitate individual, departmental and school excellence through the support of high-quality personnel, reinforcement of best instructional practices, encouragement of a culture of collaboration, and a focus on learning.

Minimum qualifications:

Connecticut 029 certification or DSAP eligibility;

Demonstrated excellence in secondary school instruction;

Have knowledge of the best practices in anticipated openings and the ability to use instructional technology, and familiarity with a block schedule;

Demonstrated excellence in human relations; and

Positive attitude, integrity, collaboration skills, a cooperative attitude, and a sense of humor essential.

Salary: In accordance with the Woodstock Academy Education Association collective bargaining agreement and applicable salary schedule, based upon education and credited experience.
