Create and maintain a program that develops athletes that follow school and program philosophy; Give all eligible athletes opportunities to participate; Make sure skills and methods are achieving the desired end results; Maintain a high level of moral and ethical character to help demonstrate positive leadership to the players; Follow the outlined responsibilities in the Pardeeville Coaches Handbook.
Good planning, communication, problem-solving, strong leadership, and organizational skills are essential. Responsibilities include organizing/running practices, attendance at all competitions, and the ability to maintain equipment and uniform inventories. Previous teaching/coaching experience is a plus.
