TITLE: Day-to Day Substitute Van Driver

REPORTS TO : Director of Transportation

AVAILABLE: immediately

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT : salary in accordance with PESPA Collective Bargaining Agreement

DESCRIPTION: Responsibility of candidate is to safely & efficiently transport school students to & from school and/or school-related activities

REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a current Class C driver’s license. A clean driver’s record with no DUIs or felonies while operating a motor vehicle.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT PAPERWORK REQUIREMENTS: Clearances mut be within 12 months and TB must be within 90 days of hire.

PA State Police Clearance (Act 34)

Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)

FBI Fingerprint Clearance (Act 114)

School Personnel Health Form (Physical and TB test)

PDE 6004 Form (Act 24)

Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release Form(s) (Act 168)
