- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding student information and records.
- Ability to follow teacher direction and implement instructional and behavioral supports.
- Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Ability to assist students with classroom routines, transitions, organization, and daily activities as needed.
- Previous experience working with children with autism or other developmental delays preferred.
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
