- Responsibilities:
- Assist the classroom teacher with instruction, activities, and daily routines
- Provide individual and small-group support to students
- Help maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
- Support arrival, lunch, recess, and dismissal routines
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Two-year degree and/or successful completion of the ParaPro Assessment (preferred/required per district guidelines)
- Experience working with preschool or early childhood students preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and flexibility
- Supportive school community and early childhood team
