Scheduled Hours/days: 2 hours/day
Qualifications:
Scheduled hours/days will be determined by working with other middle school fitness center staff. High School diploma required. Weightlifting/coaching experience is preferred, but not required. Experience working with middle school students is required.
Stipend: $1384.40 - $4,153.20 - Based on the 25-27 NEA Agreement.
Compensation/Benefits/Perks: Position does not qualify for benefits

Responsibilities: To lead instruction, training, and conditioning of all athletes/teams assigned to him/her by the school. Northfield Schools, the Principal and Activities Director places an expectation not only on the skills, abilities and commitments of its coaches, but also on their integrity and collective common sense in performing their duties.
