Middle School Girls Swim Assistant Coach (Shared Position)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong knowledge of Swim fundamentals and strategies

Prior coaching experience or active involvement with youth sports programs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to upholding the Byron Center Public Schools Athletic Code

Passion for building a strong, cohesive team and long-term program

Willingness to attend coaching clinics and participate in off-season training

Availability to assist with youth summer camps

Effective time management and organizational abilities

Demonstrate leadership and mentorship qualities

Familiarity with MHSAA rules and regulations

Ability to travel with athletes to/from competitions

Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification prior to the season
