Location: Anderson Elementary

Schedule: Mon-Thur, 7:30AM-4:00PM

Friday, 4-8 hours with times flexible

Salary: $15-$16 per hour (Step 1) based on education

Qualifications

● Must be energetic

● Must enjoy working with children

● Must be punctual

● Must possess good communication skills

● Must possess an associate degree in early childhood education or CDA (or agree to an educational compliance plan)

Responsibilities

● Monitor student behavior

● Assist in planning, implementation and monitoring curriculum

● Assist in record keeping using Teach Smart

● Assist in daily operation of program

● Assist in establishing a positive involvement with parents

● Follow all Licensing guidelines

● Other duties as assigned by Associate Early Childhood Director
