Job Details: Job Location: CRANFORD, NJ 07016, Salary Range: $16.00 - $20.00 Hourly, Position: Maintenance Worker

Program: As Assigned

Work Hours: Per Diem

Physical Demands:

Ability to walk, bend, crawl, climb and lift (minimum of 40 pounds)
Must work indoors and outdoors year-round

Overall Responsibilities:

Assure that assigned building and grounds are maintained in a safe, clean, attractive, and sanitary condition.

Responsibilities:

Maintains and safeguards each students/participant’s right to privacy, respect and confidentiality.
Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and other general cleaning tasks in assigned areas.
Gather and empty trash as needed.
Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies either manually or by using hand trucks.
Distribute supplies needed for classrooms.
Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs to prepare facility for events.
Performs additional related duties as requested by the Manager of Facility Maintenance.

Qualifications: Qualifications:

Some custodial cleaning experience or the ability to be trained in these areas.
