Head Coach — Boys Varsity Lacrosse
Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Central School District has an opening for a Head Coach for our Boys Varsity Lacrosse team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the Boys Varsity Lacrosse program.
- Plan and conduct practices and games.
- Provide leadership, instruction, and mentorship to student-athletes.
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive team environment.
- Work collaboratively with assistant coaches, student-athletes, families, and the Athletic Department.
- Ensure compliance with NYS and District requirements.
Qualifications:
- Previous lacrosse coaching experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of lacrosse skills, rules, and strategies.
- Must meet all New York State coaching requirements.
Compensation: Per the District's extracurricular coaching salary schedule.
