Ramay Jr High Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Ramay Junior High is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-to-one support for a student with disabilities who requires medical assistance within the educational setting. The CNA will work under the guidance and supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide appropriate medical support and supervision throughout the school day. The CNA will provide one-to-one care and medical support to the student in accordance with the student’s individual needs and established health care plan, and assist the student with activities of daily living. The CNA will collaborate with teachers, special education staff, school nurses, and other members of the student will provide instructional and classroom support to help the student successfully participate in the educational environment. Interested applicants must hold a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and have experience working with school age children.

Pay Range 26 or 27 (Based on Education, this is not the hourly rate of pay)

Step 6-12(Based on Experience)

7.5 hours/day

180 days for full contract
