QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must have valid certification from the Department of Public Instruction as a teacher or willing to become certified
2. Any or all of the following WI DPI Special Education Certifications: #1810, 1811, 1801 or 1830
3. Prefered, but not required is an interest in working with students who need regulation support more than other special education students
4. Demonstrates ability to carry out emergency/crisis response procedures
REPORTS TO: Building Principal/Director of Pupil Services
JOB GOAL: To provide each student with the maximum opportunity to learn through student engagement, personalized learning, and development of citizenship and life skills to ensure that all Southern Door County School District students graduate demonstrating readiness for college, career, and community.
