- Be knowledgeable of current teaching methods and educational pedagogy, as well as differentiated instruction based on student learning styles
- Be able to develop and implement effective instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of multilingual learners
- Be knowledgeable of the use of data to drive instruction and student growth
- Possess the skills and knowledge to create a safe classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the development and interests of the students
- Possess proven interpersonal communication skills
- Be familiar with ACCESS testing
- Show experience in carrying out language and reading assessments
- Work cooperatively with subject area teachers

Community: The Freehold Borough Public Schools is a Pre-K – 8 district in Monmouth County, NJ with a diverse student population of approximately 1,500 students. The district is comprised of two elementary schools and one middle school. Eighth grade students attend the Freehold Regional High School District.
