Title 1 Tutoring Indiana Horizon Academy

TITLE : 4 Teacher(s) - Title I Tutoring for Grade K-8: ELA & MATH for Indiana Horizon Academy Students

JOB GOAL: Provide meaningful small group tutoring to identified Indiana Horizon Academy Title I students through tutoring in English and/or Math. Tutoring is in person and takes place at Indiana Horizon Academy, 9803 Colorado Street, Crown Point.

TIME FRAME:

3:15-4:15 p.m.

Up to 3 days per week, 1 hour a day, days to be determined

Beginning the week of October 26th and ending the week of May 24th

Qualifications:

1. Valid Indiana teaching license

2. Background of successful teaching experience

3. Proven reliability, good organization skills, and ability to work well with students, parents & staff

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare English and Math curriculum to conduct tutoring sessions

2. Complete necessary records documenting student attendance and instruction

3. Submit account payable voucher and required documentation in a timely manner
