Furnace Brook Middle School

STARTING DATE:

Approximately January 4, 2027 until the end of the 2026-2027 school year, scheduled June 17, 2027

SALARY:

$140.00 per day for first 20 days; (Bachelors, Step 1) $323.46 per day starting 21 st day

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP OR LINE OF AUTHORITY:

Directly responsible to Coordinator Comprehensive Health and Building Principal

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s preferred.

MA DESE License in Health/Family and Consumer Science (All).

Understanding of middle school concepts and adolescents.

Knowledge of issues of health education in middle schools.

Knowledge and application of curriculum frameworks.

Work effectively with staff and parents.
