Head Middle School Girls' Soccer Coach

Contract Dates: March 22nd to May 8th, 2026

Salary (DOE): $4,000.00 - $4,444.00

Position Summary:

The head coach is responsible for organizing and directing the high school girls' soccer program, including practices, student-athlete development, and game strategies.

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Directly responsible for all high school girls' soccer activities.

Instruct athletes in soccer fundamentals, develop character, and model expected behavior.

Provide support for feeder programs, including the Mandan Middle School soccer program.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a soccer coach at the high school or college level preferred. Must possess effective coaching techniques and skills. Must possess knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of the sport. Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Must possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, parents, students, and other coaches.

Supervision Received : This position is directly supervised by the Activities Director and Building Principal.
