- Must hold a NJ Teaching License or a NJ Substitute Teacher License.
- NJ Substitute Teacher License requires a minimum of 60 college credits.
Salary: $150.00 per diem
- Substitute Nurse
- Must hold a NJ Substitute Teacher License and NJ Registered Nurse License or a NJ School Nurse License.
- Must be AED and CPR Certified.
- Salary: $225.00 per diem
- Provide meaningful instruction to students in assigned classrooms while regular teacher is absent
- Handle students' medical needs, whether routine or emergent
- Review and implement teacher's routines, procedures, lesson plans, and curriculum objectives
- Establish and maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment
- Report any incidents or potential incidents to school administration
- Be available to work on a consistent basis
- Perform other duties as directed by school administration

Description: Substitute Teachers, Substitute Teacher Assistants and Substitute Nurses
Substitutes will be responsible for the appropriate care of students in the absence of the full time teacher/nurse. Subsitutes at the Harding Township School District should be an integral part of the school community.
