The Egg Harbor City Public School District anticipates the following position to be available for the 2026-2027 school year:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
JOB FUNCTION:
This role will provide behavior analysis services and behavior management consultation and plans for students, provide support and professional learning to staff and parent/guardians in appropriate behavior intervention techniques, conduct assessments and develop plans that conform to state and federal code.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Master’s and Certification in ABA
- Certified with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board
- Must maintain credentialing in compliance with BACB
- Must complete Continuing Education courses as outlined by the BACB
REPORTS TO: Director of Special Projects
SALARY: Following the established EHCEA Salary Guide ranging from $61,772 through $94,048.
