Complete initial eligibility evaluations, added assessments, Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP), 6 month progress reviews, annual evaluations, exit evaluations
Write Evaluation Summary Reports and contributing information on IFSP’s and participate in all required meetings pertaining to position purpose
Provide direct services utilizing the Family Training Model to promote appropriate child development
Involve parents/families in techniques and activities to facilitate appropriate child development, as per Family Training Model
Facilitate workshops, when appropriate
Complete all required reports, session notes, and all other documentation applicable to duty
Participate in staff meetings and/or professional development
Fulfill job-related responsibilities in a manner reflecting professional and ethical standards of conduct that apply to their specific profession or discipline
Perform other duties at Program Director’s request
Qualifications: Certified or Licensed Social Worker, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker, State of New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety, Division of Consumer Affairs, Board of Social Work Examiners pursuant to N.J.S.A. and N.J.A.C
