- Knowledge and skill in the utilization of equipment, materials, and supplies commonly used in maintenance and custodial services.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with associates, supervisor, and the general public.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to follow directions and initiate routines.
- Ability to perform manual labor tasks.
- Be in good physical condition.
- Board-approved substitute hourly rate.
