- Possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Any combination of training and work experience that indicates possession of the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below.
- Successful BCI/FBI fingerprinting.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
- Prepare and cook a variety of food items using standardized recipes and established menus.
- Ensure meals are nutritious, appealing, and compliant with dietary guidelines. Keep the kitchen a clean and organized.
- Help with preparation and inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies in accordance with safety regulations.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols to prevent contamination and ensure food quality.
- Assist in serving meals during lunch periods and managing food service lines.
- Board-approved substitute hourly rate.
